Privacy Policy
Effective June 10, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Swift ERP (“Swift ERP,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and protects information in connection with the Swift ERP application and related services (the “Service”). By using the Service you agree to this Policy.
1. Information we collect
- Account information: names, email addresses, and login credentials of the users you create in your workspace.
- Business data you enter: parts, customers, vendors, quotes, orders, invoices, inspection records, documents, and similar records you create in the Service.
- QuickBooks Online data: if you choose to connect QuickBooks Online, we access and exchange the data needed to keep your records in sync: customers, products/services (items), invoices, and invoice payment status. See “QuickBooks integration” below.
- Technical data: basic logs such as IP address, timestamps, and actions taken, used for security, auditing, and troubleshooting.
2. QuickBooks Online integration
When you connect QuickBooks Online, you authorize the connection through Intuit’s secure OAuth process; we never see or store your Intuit password. We use the access granted only to provide the integration you enabled: pushing your customers, items, and invoices to QuickBooks and reading back invoice and payment status. We do not use QuickBooks data for advertising, and we do not sell it or share it with third parties. The connection’s access tokens are encrypted at rest. You can disconnect QuickBooks at any time from the Service’s Integrations settings, which revokes our ongoing access.
3. How we use information
We use information to operate and secure the Service, provide the features you use (including any integrations you connect), maintain audit and compliance records, respond to support requests, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell your information.
4. How we share information
We share information only as needed to run the Service: with infrastructure providers that host the Service on our behalf, with services you explicitly connect (such as Intuit/QuickBooks Online), and when required by law. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
5. Data security
We protect data in transit with HTTPS/TLS and protect sensitive secrets (such as integration access tokens) with encryption at rest. Access to your workspace is controlled by per-user accounts and permissions, with optional account lockout and session-timeout controls. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information using reasonable safeguards.
6. Data retention and deletion
We retain your data for as long as your workspace is active or as needed to provide the Service and meet legal obligations. You may disconnect an integration at any time to stop further data exchange, and you may request deletion of your data by contacting us at the address below.
7. Children’s privacy
The Service is a business tool and is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
8. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Effective” date above and post the updated Policy at this address.
