Swift ERP
One place to run the shop - from a customer's quote all the way through production, shipping, and quality. Built for machine shops, simple to use.
The quality system is built in, not bolted on.
Most ERP systems hand you a blank slate and ask you to bolt your paper QMS onto it. Swift ERP is the opposite: it ships as a complete, working AS9100-style quality system. The procedures describe what the software actually does, the software does what the procedures say, and your records exist because the work happened: the first article, the calibration cert, the MRB disposition, the training sign-off.
We didn’t build an ERP that conforms to everyone’s old paperwork. We built the system worth conforming to.
Swift ERP comes out of running a real shop, not a software lab. We felt the same things you do: primes flowing down requirements, an ERP that fights you, and a quality binder that lives off to the side of the actual work. So we built the system we wanted to run, opinionated about the right way to do the job, with the quality records falling out of the work instead of piling up beside it.
When you talk to us, you’re talking to people who run the same kind of shop you do.
Compliance shouldn’t price you out of defense work.
CMMC is here, and the squeeze on small shops is real. Primes are flowing NIST 800-171 down the supply chain, consultants quote five figures to write binders of policy, and most cloud ERPs quietly scatter your data across multi-tenant servers you don’t control. For a shop handling CUI, the software you run can become the finding that costs you the contract.
Swift ERP deploys differently for regulated work: as a dedicated, single-tenant instance running inside your own government cloud. Your data never touches our servers. It never leaves your boundary.
An honest word: CMMC certification belongs to your whole operation, not to any single product, and no software alone can make you compliant. What Swift ERP does is ship the technical controls, the deployment model, and a clause-by-clause shared-responsibility matrix your assessor can work from, so your ERP is the strongest part of your assessment instead of your weakest.
Straight answers
Does our CUI ever leave our network?▾
No. For regulated work, Swift ERP runs as a dedicated, single-tenant instance inside your own Azure Government cloud. Your data stays in the boundary your assessor certifies, and it never touches our servers.
Do we have to write our own quality system?▾
No. Every workspace ships with a complete AS9100-style QMS: a Quality Manual and a full procedure set covering every clause, with your company details filled in from Settings. You review and approve, you don’t start from a blank page.
Can software make us CMMC compliant?▾
No software can, and anyone who tells you otherwise is selling you something. CMMC certification belongs to your whole operation. What Swift ERP does is ship the NIST 800-171 technical controls, the single-tenant deployment model, and a clause-by-clause shared-responsibility matrix your assessor can work from, so your ERP is the strongest part of your assessment, not the weakest.
What if we don’t handle CUI?▾
Swift ERP is a full machine-shop ERP either way: quoting, work orders, shop-floor tracking, purchasing, inventory, and the built-in quality system. The controlled-work deployment is there when you need it, and you’re not paying for complexity you won’t use.
How do updates work? Are we locked in?▾
Updates are pulled on your schedule, never pushed, with no vendor access to your data. Your records are yours, in a standard database you control.
